Danford Builders specializes in combining natural building materials and designs tailored to each home’s surroundings. Not only do these two factors optimize the aesthetics of each project and give it unique character, but it ties into preserving the home’s surroundings.

Danford Builders endeavors to meet its goals of preserving the natural environment and conserving our resources by the following means:

• Home designs that have minimal impact on the home’s physical surroundings. Ie minimal tree clearing and optimal layout for erosion control.
• Reusing natural materials from the clearing process in the home
• As a member of the WNC Green Building Council we design and build homes that minimize the impact on the environment.
